We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days of an order being submitted, with the exception of bow set ups or custom arrow and string builds due to the complexity and time required to make your unique item.
Collection from our Auckland store is FREE.
We ship both nationally through-out New Zealand and Internationally worldwide.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please select your area and choose RURAL if your postcode's third digit is a 7, 8 or 9. Take care to select the correct shipping option so we can ship your order without delay.
Note; There may be an extra charge with some items. If this is the case, we will contact you directly to advise.
If your delivery address is Rural, please allow an additional 2+ extra business days for delivery.
Please check if your address is part of the Auckland area for our couriers. All areas in Yellow and Pink, choose Auckland. If you are in the Red zone, choose Auckland Rural.

Once your order has been picked up by a courier and is on its way to you, you will receive an email detailing the track and trace number.
Missing or Damaged Items
It's important that you open and inspect your parcel as soon as possible after you receive it. If your item is found to be unfortunately damaged on arrival or you are missing part of your order, please contact us immediately so we can sort this out for you.
Please ensure you;
1. Contact us within 4 days of receiving the damaged item or identifying an item is missing
2. Email us on email@example.com
3. Provide us with a photograph of the damage, as well as the box and a full picture of the item
4. Provide us with your Order ID and full contact details
5. Provide date on when item was received
