I have only had this book a few days and have used it twice already with great results. We eat venison about 3 or 4 times a week, we all love it. But I often think, what on earth can I make this time? Or what is this piece of unidentified meat, do I risk fast cooking it, does it need slow cooking? This book has all the answers and there are so many recipes I can't wait to try, it will be a while before I am on my second run through the recipes!
